NB: Chained Payment will work when the Seller connects with their PayPal account for adaptive payment gateway method to make transfer successful. If a seller has not connected their account then they can not receive payment using adaptive payment method and all his payment will be moved to admin account for manual payment.

From the front-end, seller can generate credit memo for the online refund and then proceed to partial or full refund. From the back-end, admin can generate credit memo to provide online refund to the customer.
