Rewards and Referral Scheme

This allows Shearquantity.com to reward customers with points for purchases or any other actions. They can be retrieved for discounts or other benefits we wish to create from time to time.

Overview

With our unique loyalty program Customers can earn reward points for orders and other actions then once accumulated they can be spent on qualifying products or services during new orders.

Customers can refer friends and receive points for friend's orders. Customers can earn points for certain actions (e.g. reviews, likes in social media, sign up for newsletter, etc).

This rewards and referrals scheme will help convert website visitors into loyal and profitable customers who will become our brand advocates in a short period of time.

Shearquantity.com reserves the right to modify replace or delete any content in relation to its Rewards and Referral Scheme.

Rewards points, their allocation and redemption will be at the sole discretion of Shearquantity.com and as described by us from time to time.


Product Earning Rules

Customers can receive X amount of points for certain products displayed on the product page, customers will see the number of points which they will earn if they buy this product.

On the cart page, customers can see the number of points which they will earn if they fill full their order. 

General Purchase rewards are calculated with 1 point for every AU$25. 

Customer’s are required to be registered, logged in and purchase using Shearquantity.com in order to be eligible to collect reward points.


Earning rules by behavior allows customers to earn the following points for doing certain actions:

●    Customer signs up - 4 points per lifetime.

 
●    Newsletter sign up - 4 points per lifetime.

●    Facebook share, Pinterest pin, Google + Like, Twitter tweet - 1 point per share maximum 3 points per day, have a minimum lifetime sales $1500 and must be subscribed to newsletter.

●    Customer writes a product review - 1 point per each review; lifetime sales are greater than $1500 and a maximum up to 3 points per day and must be subscribed to newsletter.

●    Customer has a birthday - 3 points per birthday, must be subscribed to newsletter and lifetime sales equal to or greater than $500. 


●    Customer is not active for a long time - 3 points after 30 days and lifetime sales equal to or greater than $500. 


●    A referred customer makes an order - 5 points when the sum of referred friends order is equal to or greater than $500 and a maximum of 25 points per day.

Spending Rules

Shearquantity.com can manage how customers spend their points. Our Newsletter is released every quarter and in the Rewards and Referral Scheme Section you will find relevant products and points qualifying for offer or discount.

Shearquantity.com has the ability to limit the number of points which the customer can use per order. For example, using points a customer can pay no more than 20% of the total order.

Notification Rules

Notification messages are shown to customers and inform customers about the ability to earn points. Messages can be shown on the following pages:

●    My Account > My Referrals

●   Product Page

●    Cart Page

●    Checkout Page

Website Notifications:


● Social buttons are on the product and category pages. The customer can like and share the page to earn points.

● On the cart page we show the option for customer to Use Reward Points.

● Customer can enter the required number of points to receive a discount or product or service that will be shown in the cart total.

● Reward Points will be shown in the customer account and on the invoice.

● Customer can check the number of points on their balance, their transactions, and information about conditions to earn/spend points.

● Customers can send invitations to their friends and earn points for their registrations or orders. My Account > My Referrals

● Rewards and Referrals Scheme is integrated with Shearquantity.com Newsletter.


Advantages over other solutions:

● This allows customers to spend points on the checkout page and is very convenient for customers.

● The Rewards and Referral Scheme has very flexible Earning or Spending and Notification Rules. This allows us to configure the points according to our own unique requirements.

● Points expire after 365 days.
