Shearquantity.com is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia and New Zealand. Australian Buyers are charged 10% GST, New Zealand Buyers: 15% GST on subtotals when purchasing products through Shearquantity.com. The cost of freight is also subject to the relvant GST levy.

Our website is fitted with calculators which estimate other tax, charges, duty and fees. Goods entering foreign borders are subject to local laws and clearance duties if applicable these amounts are calculated and displayed on the cart page.

TAX FREE SALES

Export sales from Australia or New Zealand are considered Duty Free, on checkout the subtotal and freight exclude GST tax. The Buyer will need to pay tax, fees and charges imposed at their border, otherwise pay the cost of shipping to return the order.

INTERNATIONAL SALES AND TAX OBLIGATIONS

We can customise any tax requirement for Sellers, so that they can meet their local tax obligations. We can assign tax rules for any particular region/s per each sellers unique requirement these applicable charges will show on cart and checkout pages.

Every party can ensure that each invoice will show valid VAT, GST, Tax, Duty, Fees and other charges.

A. Item/s sold from $0 - 269.99 incur 15% GST. This is also added to freight.

B. Item/s sold from $270 incur 5% duty. (GST on freight), entry fee $41.85, disbursement fee of $15, amount is calculated subject to GST.

C. Items sold from $499 incur 5% duty. (GST on freight), entry fee $41.85, disbursement fee of 3%, amount is calculated subject to GST.

ESTIMATE FOR IMPORTS INTO AUSTRALIA

A. Item/s sold from $0 - $999.99 incur 10% GST. This is also added to freight.

B. Item/s sold from $1,000 incur 5% duty. (GST on freight), Formal Clearance fee $83, disbursement fee of 3%, this amount is calculated plus GST..

C. Starting values over $10,000 incur 5% duty. (GST on freight), Formal Clearance fee $185, disbursement fee of 3%, this amount is calculated plus GST.
