I'm Harvey the Headache. Sometimes I feel like a six-foot rabbit when I hit you full force. Other times I'm an elusive Here Today, Gone Tomorrow type. I probably annoy more people daily than any other ailment. When I've got them popping pills, I usually go away - for a brief time. I let the pills lull them into false health security.
In reality, I'm a pretty dangerous fellow. Because so many people have me so often, and because I go into hiding so easily, they tend to ignore me. Actually, I'm not a disease myself. But I am one of the most potent warning signals that the human body has. Isn't it strange that millions of people ignore me daily when I'm virtually shouting "Trouble" in their ears?
